IGEFA – The Irene Gyulnazarian Educational Fund for Armenia The Irene Gyulnazarian Educational Fund for Armenia (IGEFA) started in 2003 as a living memorial to Irene Gyulnazarian.
Our Mission is to support academic and cultural institutions and to help to improve the quality of education in Armenia
IGEFA already has a successfully established track record of serving community by providing scholarship to gifted and underprivileged students. We also provide opportunities for children to participate in many exciting educational programs like TUMO Summer Camp or Healthy Smile project. Talented young poets are recognized annually at the Writer’s Union Award event, which is another beautiful tradition established by IGEFA.
